Delta Air Lines publishes a US number for new and existing reservations. Refund-status and baggage contacts are separate, and tickets bought through an agency may need that seller’s assistance.
- Have the confirmation code, ticket receipt and travel dates ready.
- Use the ticket issuer for servicing and distinguish a refund request from checking an existing refund’s status.
General sales and reservation assistance. Refund status has a separately published department; ticket eligibility still depends on the ticket and issuer.
